Elle propose un accompagnement de b\u00e9b\u00e9 et ses parents d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du 2\u00e8me trimestre de la grossesse. Elle est bas\u00e9e sur la relation entre les trois acteurs (papa, maman et b\u00e9b\u00e9) et favorise le lien entre ceux-ci d\u00e8s la grossesse. La place du papa est essentielle et en fait la force de cette approche.<\/p><p>La pr\u00e9paration affective \u00e0 la naissance vise 2 volets essentiels:<\/p><ul><li>Les jeux de contact avec le b\u00e9b\u00e9, qui vont renforcer le lien d\u2019attachement, s\u00e9curiser le b\u00e9b\u00e9 et donc lui permettre de s\u2019autonomiser plus facilement.<\/li><li>La pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019accouchement, qui va permettre au couple d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 ses ressources, au papa de trouver sa place et \u00e0 la maman d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9cout\u00e9e et orient\u00e9e comme elle le souhaite. Des rep\u00e8res seront aussi donn\u00e9s sur l\u2019apr\u00e8s-naissance, pour un accompagnement plus serein du b\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Les s\u00e9ances sont propos\u00e9es d\u00e8s 16-18 SA et leur nombre variera en fonction des besoins et des envies du couple (7 s\u00e9ances pour un accompagnement global). Il n\u2019y a aucune r\u00e8gle par rapport \u00e0 cela, l\u2019approche propos\u00e9e s\u2019adapte parfaitement au couple et pourra \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e \u201c\u00e0 la Cette technique se base sur diff\u00e9rents piliers essentiels au maintien d\u2019une bonne posture, d&rsquo;effets qui durent dans le temps et permettant la protection du dos et du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e. Parmi ces piliers on peut retrouver la respiration, le centrage, la concentration.<\/p><p>En pr\u00e9natal, le Pilates permet de travailler la mobilit\u00e9 du bassin, l\u2019ouverture des hanches, la respiration. Ces s\u00e9ances ont pour objectif de diminuer les \u00e9ventuelles douleurs li\u00e9es \u00e0 la grossesse, mais aussi \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le corps pour l\u2019accouchement, ainsi que placer certaines bases qui seront tr\u00e8s utiles pour \u00e9viter d\u2019\u00e9ventuels maux li\u00e9s au post-partum et favoriser une meilleure r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration post-natale.<\/p><p>En post-partum, le Pilates est une suite logique apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e.
